PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. TEAM ABSOLUTE MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

- Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Team Absolute within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. As a cosignee, you must file a damage claim after you inspected it to the driver, and both sign the proper forms provided by the carrier.
- WARRANTY / LIABILITY
- All products sold by Team Absolute are sold "as is" to the customer. Team Absolute does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Team Absolute are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Team Absolute is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Team Absolute will not be responsible for your own actions.
- INSTALLATION OF AERODYNAMICS
- All aerodynamics are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
- BACKORDERS
- If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. THERE IS A 25% CANCELLATION FEE ON ANY ORDERS PLACED, NO EXCEPTIONS.dd>
- RETURNS
- All returns must be authorized and approved by Team Absolute and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 2 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to manufacturer in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to manufacturer. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Shipping/handling charge is paid by the customer, and no refund is issued for shipping/handling charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways, and is non negotiable.
- SPOILERS/BODYKITS:
- Buyer understands that all body kits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as adding fiberglass, shaving, or removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, molding, etc. Some products may be slightly different than depicted in the pictures. Buyer understands that all body kits require some prep work before paint. Please seek professional body shop for paint and installation. Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "AS IS" with no warranty. Due to that fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Team Absolute is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts).
- FIBERGLASS/CARBON HOODS
- Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold "AS IS" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/ show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods do come with stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may purchase hood pins at your local automotive retailers. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/ technician install and paint any hoods/ body kits (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality of work performed. If any body kit/ hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough that it cannot be repaired, you must contact the shipper with in 24 hours. We recommend you inspect all parts before signing for the shipment, and if damaged, file a claim immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved. Please refer to the Shipping/Handling section of this page for further details involving claims.
- VERTICAL DOORS:
- Buyer fully understands the kit requires no modification, the kit is a bolt on, but MOST INNER FENDERS MUST BE ROLLED and should be installed by a professional body shop. Please inquire instruction manual for specific model installation requirements. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, Team Absolute is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (breaking your parts). Product Warranty - All Vertical Doors Inc systems are backed up by a limited Lifetime warranty. The shocks have a warranty for 6 months, if you need to file a warranty claim, you must have the original invoice to make the warranty valid.
- RETURNS
- Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from Team Absolute in advance and must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product. All returned products to manufacture are subject to 25% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping/Handling fees on any and all returns to Team Absolute. All products that are approved for return are for merchandise credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by Team Absolute to the buyer. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. After receipt of goods, manufacturer shall inspect the goods to determine the exact condition of goods received. If manufacturer does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs.
- SHIPPING/BACKORDERS
- Backorder items we try our best to maintain a good stocking level. However, if we run out on an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible. Back order(s) must be cancelled within five (5) working days or parts will be automatically shipped to you. We always attempt to ship orders the next business day. If not on BACKORDER, allow 5-10 business days for shipping. Special order(s) will take 5-10 business days to deliver. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns/shipping.
- PAYMENT
- Payments are only accepted in the form of Paypal transactions. Team Absolute is a Paypal verified seller.
