Brett - 06/10/2010 - Car Show - The Big Show 2010
Team Absolute attended the 8th Annual Big Show in Rockingham, NC over the weekend. All the members that attended brought home trophies from the show. I brought home 1st place in Eclipse Mild, Dan brought home 1st place in Nissan Mild, Billy brought home 1st place in 95 Civic and Down Mild, and Seamus brought home 2nd place in Mitsubishi Mild. Brett - 05/08/2010 - Car Show - Best of Richmond 2010
Team Absolute attended the 2nd Annual Best of Richmond Car and Bike Show presented by RPM and Hooters on May 8th. During the award ceremony Team Absolute was given the "Best Team" trophy. Take a look at pictures from the car show scene in our 'Car Show Gallery' section.
Brett - 04/26/2010 - Car Show - Slamsession 2010
Team Absolute attended the 17th Annual Slamsession Car Show presented by Animated Attractions in Greenville, NC on April 24th and 25th. This was the second consecutive year that we went to this show and we will be back again next year! Despite the wind and the constant threat of rain, the turnout was great. Congrats goes out to Billy who placed 1st in the Civic 95-Down Mild class and Seamus who placed 3rd in the Mitsubishi Other Mild class.
Brett - 04/18/2010 - Car Show - Spring Showdown 2010
Team Absolute attended the 5th Annual Spring Showdown Car Show hosted by Diversified Ridez and East Coast Dynasty in Buena Vista, VA on Saturday. We participated in the club games which included; tug of war, head unit toss, tricycle race, milk chug, and hot dog eating contest. I am proud to announce even though we fell short from winning the Spring Showdown 2010 Best Club Participation Award, we did end up winning the biggest club game of them all... Tug of War! I would also like to take this time to send out a special thanks to Shane (Steve's Brother) and Lee (New TA Recruit) for coming out and supporting the club. In the car show scene, Dan placed 2nd in Nissan, Deana placed 1st in Ford, Seamus placed 3rd in Mitsubishi, and Lee placed 2nd in Mitsubishi. Season 2010
It's that time of year again! Team
Absolute is back for its 8th consecutive year! Our first car club meeting of the 2010 Season will be on Saturday, February 6th at 8PM. Team Absolute has big plans this year. We hope to complete our online store by the end of the first quarter. This will allow for car enthusiasts all over to take advantage of our club discounts. We are currently looking for dedicated members to expand our family, find out what it takes to join by clicking here. You don't want to miss out by not being part of all of the action. Brett - 04/27/2009 - Car Show Coverage - Slamsession 2009
Team Absolute attended the 16th Annual Slamsession in Greenville, NC on April 25th and 26th. Slamsession is known as the "The East Coasts Largest Club Run Show". It's hosted by Animated Attractions car and truck club who just celebrated their 20th Anniversary.
We took home several trophies at the show. I took home 3rd Place Eclipse Mild. Billy took
home 3rd place Civic 95 and down Mild. Davion took home 3rd Place Mitsubishi Mild. Seamus (prospect) competed in the bass off taking home 1st place in his class. The show was very organized and the club games contest raised the bar. Team Absolute competed in the tug of war, egg toss, amp toss, and dodge ball contests. We didn't end up winning any of these events however we had a great time competing in them. We will

Team Absolute had it's first car club meeting of the 2009 Season on Saturday, February 7th. We had a great turn out. If you missed it, our next meeting will be on the 21st. We'll see you then.
